Why get tested?
Even at moderate and low doses, BUP misuse causes respiratory depression or euphoria. Buprenorphine overdose induces shallow and slow breathing, convulsions, clammy skin, and coma. The withdrawal from this drug also causes strong signs such as runny nose, watery eyes, loss of appetite, yawning, cramps, panic, tremors, nausea, sweating, and chills. BUP test also helps monitor the treatment for BUP addiction.
